My name is Juan Carlos López Asebedo, affectionately called Juanca. I am 21 years old. I am a young man who lost his mother at an early age and grew up with my father’s sister, my aunt. I am the fifth of six siblings and the first in my family to graduate from high school and the first to enter university. I am currently pursuing a degree in physical education at university. In 2020, I was invited to a youth activity at JPC. Since then, my life has changed. I was able to volunteer at JPC, helping with cleanup, camps, and giving talks to the young people who attend our camps. JPC has become a home for me. Since my arrival, living together and interacting with the word of God have been very different. Since then, I began volunteering, and this continues to be the case today. Coming to JPC has helped me grow in my different areas as a leader, helping with cleanup, talks, and leading teams at camps. JPC has become my home, my family; It has changed a lot in me and has helped me continue achieving my dreams and goals.
