Esdras Isai Hernández Ferrera

Hi my name is Esdras Isai Hernández Ferrera, affectionately cold Isa. I am 28 years old and I love to serve people. when I was a kid I lost my mom and it was my sister who got in charge of Three Little Kids and she was given her best to give us education and values we started studying in a place really far from home because after my mom passed away my dad was not paying attention in our future that’s when we moved to Copan that’s what we thought at home was, through the years we went to Bord School and we learn how to love God and how to serve others, that’s when I realize that I was meant to be someone one who Will share God’s Love that will help others to know him more and spread his Word, When I came to youth For Christ the first time my boarding School wasn’t invited to a camp I had a lot of fun and I learned a lot, and I asked myself if this was the place where I should be because I saw how they were trading us and teaching us about God, I started working after I graduate from college and volunteering at youth for christ , I realize when I started it was felt like this was part of me and what I thought it was my home was no longer my home because youth for Christ was the place who was meant to be my home, since then I started to get more close to God, learn more about his call, and being part of something that change lives, JPC Camps are so amazing because you can see the love of God, the environment, speeches and every challenge that we do change the live of so many teenagers that come to the Camp, I am very blessed to be part 0f this volunteering team, one of my dreams for 2026 is to be part of full-time member of the staff of JPC to be included in activities through the year that helps our community and our country. I am starting to find sponsors to start this challenge that I would love to take.
